Turn left at the stoplight at Old Haleakala Hwy and travel 1 mile to the first left turn on Kealaloa Avenue (left, just after the Manduke Baldwin polo field).
Stay on Kealaloa Avenue as it winds through the trees and the old red and white ranch buildings for 0.6 miles. The Makawao Mushroom farm is on the left at 530 Kealaloa Avenue. Once inside the gate, follow the dirt road all the way down, curving to the right, to the paved parking lot at the end, in front of the large green and beige farm building. (The basketball backstop at the end of the parking lot has our logo on it).
Tours are conducted for visitors Wednesday through Saturday at the beginning of every hour, from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. (during actual production hours, so please, call for a reservation). Tours last approximately 30 minutes. The tour price is a great value at $5 per person.
Since we are located on Ranch property, it is their policy the gate remain locked, regardless. Please Call in Advance to reserve your tour time so we may arrange to open the gate at that time. If you decide to "drive by and stop" during designated hours, you must call at the gate or go to the red building on the opposite side and ask the Ranch office to call us so we can come up and open the gate if we are available.
